I started my fitness career and love for sports when I was young starting with basketball and volleyball. As the years went on, I started playing more sports and developed my passion for running. I run a couple 5k’s a year to keep running exciting and I have run a couple half marathons and one full marathon. That’s where I learned that the hardest part of meeting your goals is a mental game. I am originally from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin and completed my Bachelors and Master’s degree at UW-Milwaukee. Being from Wisconsin, I, of course love cheese and the Green Bay Packers! Other than sports and running, I love traveling and taking road trips, going to concerts (preferably country concerts), being with family and friends, and enjoying any minute outside! Spending a weekend hiking or canoeing is a weekend well spent!
My training motto is “Everything in moderation”. I do not believe in strict diets or workout regimes. I really believe that if you take care of your body, stay active, fuel yourself with nutritious food but also eat food you enjoy, you will be happy! I love sharing my fitness tips and tricks with others. Pushing others to their limits and motivating my clients is what I enjoy most about this career. Building great relationships with clients and helping others achieve their goals is what keep me motivated!
